At Trendyft, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 COD handling fee will be charged at checkout.

  • The COD handling fee is non-refundable in the event of a return, cancellation, refusal of delivery, or exchange.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Other Cities & Towns: 8–10 business days after dispatch

Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or courier partner issues.

Shipping Locations

Trendyft currently ships across India.

We continuously work to expand our delivery network and provide service to as many locations as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • An Order ID

  • Shipment Tracking Details

Tracking information may be shared via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

You can use the tracking details provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

Reverse Pickup & Returns

For eligible returns and exchanges, we will arrange a reverse pickup whenever possible.

However, if your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated return address.

In such cases:

  • Courier charges will be reimbursed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • A valid courier receipt and proof of shipment must be provided for reimbursement.

Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

  • A package with missing items

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend providing:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect eligibility for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India.

Trendyft reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or customers based on operational requirements.
