At Trendyft, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product
  • An item with a manufacturing defect

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@trendyft.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

To help us process your request quickly, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect the approval of your claim.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and display settings.
  • Minor variations in print placement, patches, graphics, or design positioning may occur during manufacturing.
  • Such minor variations shall not be considered valid grounds for return or refund.

Products returned must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment gateway may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at:

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings, photography lighting, or display differences are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Customers must provide clear photos and/or videos when reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Trendyft reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
